In any calendar year, a Short-Term Rental Use may only be operated in one dwelling unit; operators are not permitted to switch a short-term rental use between dwellings on a lot;

A Short Term Rental use may not be located within any dwelling unit that has more than three sleeping units or bedrooms in total;

How many guests are allowed in a short-term rental unit at a time?

The maximum number of guests in a Short Term Rental use at any one time is 6.
